Downtown Abacoa

FLF Successfully acquired the commercial space in Abacoa Town Center from a financial institution. FLF has successfully rebranded the property now known as Downtown Abacoa in master planned Abacoa in Jupiter, Florida. The center is an early generation lifestyle center that was experiencing several deficiencies and occupancy had fallen to less than 40% at acquisition in 2015. FLF Holdings completed a dramatic repositioning of Downtown Abacoa and the center is now over 90% leased. FLF successfully disposed this property in 2019
