A successful acquisition, redevelopment and disposition of a 20,000-square foot building located in Jupiter, Florida. The property was vacant upon acquisition and was formerly occupied by a roofing company that suffered from the residential downturn and their loan was in default. After a complex negotiation with the Lender and Seller, the building was converted into the regional headquarters for a division of Tyco, Simplex Grinnell. The 20,000 square feet building was converted into 12,000 square feet of office for their regional headquarters and 8,000 square feet of bonded warehouse. This property was successfully disposed of in 2017.
